Lewis Hamilton’s ‘100 times worse’ Instagram post after brutal Azerbaijan GP
Lewis Hamilton’s season has been a painful one so far. Mercedes are off the pace and are lacking behind Red Bull and Ferrari at the front of the grid.
However, the pain in results isn’t the only problem facing the seven-time world champion and his team that have dominated the sport for the last eight years.
The Mercedes W13 has been plagued with issues since pre-season testing, with some improvements, the porpoising has been easing with the Silver Arrows getting slightly quicker.
However, their problems reared their ugly head in Baku, despite a decent result given the Ferrari double DNF.
Hamilton took fourth place as his teammate, George Russell, took the final podium spot. The porpoising issues were visibly at their worst.
Both drivers had to fight with the W13 on Sunday to get the best result possible, but it left the 37 year old a little worse for wear post-race.
Fair play to @LewisHamilton for sitting through that entire race in a bone shaker
