Leny Yoro disagrees with Cristiano Ronaldo after opening up on life at Manchester United

Leny Yoro has drawn a stark contrast with Cristiano Ronaldo by expressing his comfort with Manchester's notorious weather.

Since joining Manchester United in the summer, Yoro's introduction to the team was hampered by an ankle injury, limiting him to just eight appearances. However, since regaining fitness, he has become a regular under new manager Ruben Amorim.

The 18-year-old, who is adjusting to life at one of the Premier League's top clubs and acclimatising to a new country, has disclosed that he's taking English lessons to better integrate into his new environment. Despite the city's famously dreary climate, Yoro has stated he's unfazed by the weather conditions.

"Honestly, everything is going well," he shared with Telefoot. "I've got everything I need. The team is welcoming, and there are other young players, which helps. The weather is similar to the north of France, so that's not much of a change."

He also commented on his progress with the English language, revealing: "The language is coming along; I'm starting to get used to speaking properly. I understand now, because the hardest part is sometimes understanding what they're saying with the accent, but it's going well."

Yoro's comments draw a stark contrast with Ronaldo, who has openly expressed his dislike for the British weather. In 2006, the Portuguese footballer confessed that the challenging weather conditions were making life difficult for him.

"I like to play for Manchester - better than [I like] the weather," he admitted to Sky Sports News. "The weather is very difficult for me because you see snow, every time, and rain.
