Leicester City team news vs Everton - Maddison and Barnes return as Rodgers makes seven changes

Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has made seven changes to the team which lost to Newcastle United on Sunday afternoon.

The back four which beat PSV in the Europa Conference League quarter-finals returns, so Ricardo Pereira, Jonny Evans, Wesley Fofana and Timothy Castagne all start from kick-off.

Papy Mendy, Youri Tielemans and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall hold their places in midfield, while Harvey Barnes, James Maddison and Kelechi Iheanacho come in as a front three.

Rodgers has made seven changes to the side that lost to Newcastle at the weekend as his side look to correct their blip in the Premier League.

The manager has made clear though that the European semi-final remains the focus of the campaign, though the side will of course try their best to pick up results in the Premier League.
