European success for Leicester City sees Everton and Tottenham games moved

Leicester City's upcoming matches against Tottenham Hotspur and Everton have been rearranged.

The trip to Tottenham, originally scheduled for Saturday, April 30, will now take place on Sunday, May 1 with a new kick-off time of 2pm BST.

Similarly, the visit of Everton to the King Power Stadium will now be played on Sunday, May 8 instead of Saturday, May 7 as originally scheduled.

Both changes have come about as a result of City's Europa Conference League semi-final ties against Roma, which are due to be played on Thursday, April 28 and Thursday, May 6.

City will welcome Jose Mourinho's Roma to the King Power Stadium in the first leg, before Brendan Rodgers' men fly out to the Italian capital for the second leg just seven days later.

The matches make up the first European semi-final in the club's history. The club reached the Champions League quarter-finals under the management of Claudio Ranieri and Craig Shakespeare in the 2016-17 season before being knocked out by Atletico Madrid.
