Leicester City fans fear worst as defender drops hint over future

Leicester City fans have taken to social media to respond to Wesley Fofana as he appeared to have sent a hint amid speculation over his future.

The centre-back appears to have taken Leicester City out of his profile on both Twitter and Instagram, amid interest from Chelsea this summer. The Frenchman is subject of interest from Thomas Tuchel's side as he looks to bolster his defensive options.

The Blues officials are said to be 'working on' a deal with the possibility of offering players as part of a swap. The 21-year-old is under contract at the King Power until 2027 and his price tag is said to be around £80-85million.

The Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers has warned that "he's not for sale," amid speculation. "He has a great relationship with his team-mates which is important and there’s no doubt he will grace that stage," he said. But for now he’s here, he’s developing and like I said he’s not for sale."
