Leeds United are reportedly one of three Premier League clubs eyeing a move for Manchester United midfielder James Garner. According to The Express, Tottenham Hotspur and Southampton are also interested in the youngster.
The same report claims that Garner has been left surprised by United's decision to put him up for sale this summer. The Red Devils have set a price tag of £14 million on the 21-year-old.
Garner spent last season on loan at Nottingham Forest, where he helped the East Midlands club to promotion from the Championship. He has been on the bench for both of United's opening two Premier League fixtures.
Aston Villa are reportedly set to complete the signing of Watford forward Ismaila Sarr. Leeds have been linked with the Senegal international this summer, but Villa are closing in on a deal that could rise to £27 million.
According to The Telegraph, Villa are long-term admirers of Sarr and were monitoring him even before they sold Jack Grealish last summer. It's understood that Sarr had his medical on Sunday ahead of completing the move.
