Leeds have NO desire to sell Phillips amid interest from Man United
Leeds have no wish to sell Kalvin Phillips but know they face a battle to keep him in the summer amid interest from Manchester United among others.
Leeds have been trying to bring in Brenden Aaronson from Red Bull Salzburg but that could be shelved until the summer too leaving them to ask for Liverpool midfielder Takumi Minamino on loan, particularly if Crysencio Summerville joins Hamburg on Monday. Leeds also asked about Chelsea's Kenedy.
Phillips has been a standout player in Marcelo Bielsa's side for a number of seasons now and reportedly wants to play Champions League football.
That has put Liverpool - who have been linked with a £33.4million bid - as well as Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain, on alert for a potential move for the England international.
Earlier this month, reports in Spain suggested that Real Madrid have thrown their hat in the ring, with Leeds reportedly more willing to let the midfielder move abroad than see him join a fellow Premier League side.

The report adds Phillips is one of the 'great obsessions' of Real boss Carlo Ancelotti, who wants to convert him into a substitute for current midfield star Casemiro.
