Lead over Rangers is NOTHING as Cameron Carter Vickers sets lofty Celtic target in hunt for glory

Glory-hunting Cameron Carter-Vickers has dismissed Celtic’s lead over Rangers as “nothing” as he targeted six wins from six to claim a Premiership and Scottish Cup double.

The Scottish champions go into the final straight knowing if they can win their five split games and then the cup final against Rangers then they will land their remaining twin targets. Brendan Rodgers’ side are three points ahead in the league and will be looking to, at least, maintain that when they open up their top six fixtures against Dundee on Sunday.

The big defender stated: “We’ve got our place in one cup final. Does it feel like we have five more in the league before then? 100 per cent. That’s one game. “They are all big games coming up now – five in the league and then the cup final. So, we’ve six games left, and they are all must perform and must-win for us.”

So we’re fully focused on trying to perform in the next five league games.”

Celtic are at Dundee, are at home to Hearts and Rangers before they go to Kilmarnock and sign off their league campaign at
