Laura Woods: Fans loved TV presenter’s 'exceptional’ NFL coverage

Laura Woods is renowned for presenting football and darts but the TV host is now relishing the chance to work on a different sport.

Woods fronted ITV’s coverage of the New York Giants vs Green Bay Packers at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and NFL fans seemed to love her coverage.

Woods appeared to thoroughly enjoy the match and took to social media to express her thoughts.

“A different kind of Sunday for me today and it was mega,” she tweeted.

“Big thanks to @JasonBell33 and @OsiUmenyiora for making this so much fun and congrats Giants, what a game.”

Having started working for Sky Sports back in 2009, Woods did cover the NFL at one stage, but this season marks
