Latest M4 traffic updates as thousands descend on Swansea for Wales Airshow

This weekend will see some of the best pilots take to the skies of Swansea Bay for the Wales Airshow. The action-packed weekend is expected to see 200,000 locals and visitors descend on the city to take in the impressive sights of the likes of the Red Arrows.

Swansea Prom will also be full of ground displays, food and drink trucks, VR experiences, musicians and bands, family activities, rides and more. The festival-like area on the ground will be open from 10am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Delays are building as thousands of people arrive in the city ahead of the airshow. Long queues are building on the M4, with main roads in Swansea also very busy.
