Las Vegas best things to do as Virgin Atlantic to launch direct flights from Manchester

With volcanic spectacles, an aquarium with over 2,000 creatures and a desert waterpark, Las Vegas is the holiday attraction with an abundance of activities and wonders on offer. Found on the West Coast of the USA, the city is home to an NFL team, the world's largest ferris wheel and, of course, the neon-soaked Las Vegas Strip.

While the city may be best known for its casinos and lavish hotels, Las Vegas is also the ideal holiday destination for families, with an array of activities both kids and adults will enjoy. As a matter of fact, Las Vegas was voted the number one bucket list destination for us Brits, and soon you'll be able to fly to the 'Entertainment Capital of the World' directly from Manchester Airport.

From June, Virgin Atlantic will launch a new service from Manchester Airport to Las Vegas, making Manchester the only city in the UK other than London with a direct flight to the West Coast.
