Kyle Walker returns - Man City fans name strong line up to face Real Madrid in Champions League

Manchester City will be aiming to join Liverpool in Paris this evening as they conclude their Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid.

Pep Guardiola’s side are in the Spanish capital for the second leg of their encounter, and will be hoping to make the most of their advantage after winning their first meeting 4-3 at the Etihad. They know only too well the threat their hosts carry though, and will not be taking tonight’s game lightly.

After a thrilling first leg, City will be aiming to complete the job as they look to book their place in a second successive European final. With Premier League title rivals Liverpool lying in wait, the competition could be set for a mouth-watering finale.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side, though, are far from pushovers, and having dug deep to overcome Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea in previous rounds, they’ll be looking to repeat their trick at the Bernabeu. City will have to be at their best to overcome them, and it comes as no surprise to see fans pick the strongest possible side to face them.

Having been boosted by the return of Kyle Walker, the England defender is thrown straight back into the side as he takes his usual place at right-back. Joao Cancelo also returns, having been suspended for the first leg, and lines up at left-back.

Ruben Dias and Aymeric Laporte continue at the heart of the defence, with Ederson of course in goal behind them. There are no surprises in midfield either, with the usual trio of Rodri, Bernardo Silva and Kevin De Bruyne taking their places.
