'Has to be Kevin de Bruyne' - Man City fans agree over Riyad Mahrez penalty miss

Manchester City supporters were left baffled by the decision to assign Riyad Mahrez to penalty duties when Kevin De Bruyne is in such red-hot goal-scoring form. Mahrez missed from 12 yards to put City on the brink of yet another Premier League title.
