Konrad Hurrell confirms his desired move amid speculation of NRL return
Konrad Hurrell has expressed his desire to stay at St Helens amid reports of a return to the NRL. Increasing speculation has linked the centre with a move to the NRL's newest franchise, the Redcliffe Dolphins.
Hurrell only signed a one-year deal with Saints following his departure from Leeds meaning he is off-contract at the end of the season. Since his arrival he has scored three tries in eleven appearances and was named man of the match in their most recent victory over Hull FC.
When asked about his future by Sky Sports after the game, he said: "I used to Woolfy's garden and dishes to get a contract but I think I might have to do Rushy's garden and dishes to get another year on contract.

"I'm enjoying it here at St Helens so it would be the wrong move for me to go elsewhere so we'll look here first and if it doesn't work out, we'll look somewhere else. The first option is here, I can't say no the other offers but the first option is here. They bring me back my footy and happiness here. Yes, I do want to say."
