Kieran Tierney 'added' to Real Madrid transfer wishlist after bizarre Arsenal criticism emerges
Scotland international Kieran Tierney has reportedly been added to Real Madrid's signing wishlist ahead of the summer window.
The 24-year-old Scotland star has become one of Arsenal 's key players and is a vital player for Mikel Arteta.
And Spanish website El Espanol claim Real Madrid believe Tierney is capable of challenging Ferland Mendy for regular game time.
He is valued in excess of £50m and has been a smash-hit in North London since leaving boyhood club Celtic in the summer of 2019.
But despite his exploits, a section of hard to please Arsenal fans have taken issue with his recent displays for the Gunners. Yes, really!
Bizarre complaints on social media include he's going long too often while being too safe with his passes, which contradicts the stats that show he remains a key attacking danger man for a side who struggle to score goals.
Tierney's interest from other clubs comes as no surprise for regular observers for club and country and he also appears to be free of the muscle injuries that threatened to plague his burgeoning career.
But the rampaging left-pack is valued highly at the Emirates and only penned a deal keeping him at the club until 2026 last year.
