Kevin Muscat and Michael Beale bring Rangers flavour to Millwall manager betting as duo the favourites
Kevin Muscat and Michael Beale have been installed as favourites to battle it out for the Millwall job after their Rangers disappointments.
Beale is now out of work after being sacked from his Ibrox gig earlier this month. Yokohama F Marinos boss Muscat - who spent two years as a player at the Den after leaving Rangers - was hotly tipped to take over the Light Blues before losing out to Philippe Clement. Now bookmakers have priced the duo at the top of their list to replace Gary Rowett after he was sacked following four years in charge of the Lions.
Muscat, who’s contract in Japan runs out at the end of the year, leads the way at 5/2 with Beale just behind at 7/2. However, Steven Gerrard’s former No.2 has already announced plans to take a break from coaching while he embarks on a tour visiting clubs across the globe. Former Birmingham boss John Eustace - another linked with the Rangers job before Clement got the nod - is also listed among the leading contenders. Odds from
