Kate Middleton issues rare cancer update in moving statement and confirms first public appearance

The Princess of Wales has issued a rare update on her cancer diagnosis, saying she has 'good days and bad days'. In her first personal message to the public since announcing her diagnosis, the royal said she is 'making good progress' and continuing her treatment.
