Kaizer Chiefs slip up against SuperSport United

SuperSport United started life without coach Kaitano Tembo on a winning note as they upset Kaizer Chiefs 1-0 at the FNB Stadium on Saturday night.

Amakhosi welcomed back Khama Billiat in the absence of Keagan Dolly, while Thamsanqa Gabuza was back from suspension for SuperSport, who had assistant coach Andre Arendse at the helm following Tembo's shock axing earlier this week.

Chiefs thought they were in front on the stroke of half-time after a simple tap-in from Samir Nukovic before the offside flag intervened, while SuperSport should have taken the lead at the other end via Gabuza moments later as he somehow missed the target.
