Juventus hit with 10-point penalty over alleged false accounting in blow to Champions League hopes

Juventus have been docked 10 points in another twist in the case against the club over alleged false accounting. The 10-point deduction drops Juve to seventh in Serie A, six points off a Champions League place with three matches left to play.

However, the Federal Court of Appeal have now ruled on a 10-point docking. The decision was announced shortly before Juventus took on Empoli in Serie A.
