Journalist claims international star “more likely” to join Leeds United than Ryan Kent
Leeds United are ‘more likely’ to sign Red Bull Salzburg attacking midfielder Brenden Aaronson than Rangers winger Ryan Kent, according to journalist Dean Jones.
The Whites have been heavily linked to both players in recent months and could revive their interest in the duo during the summer transfer window.
According to The Athletic, Leeds saw a £15 million bid rejected for Aaronson as they attempted to bolster their attacking options at the halfway point of the season.

And the arrival of Jesse Marsch as Marcelo Bielsa’s replacement in the Elland Road dugout could work in Leeds’ favour as the pair enjoyed some success together at Salzburg.

Aaronson played 25 times under Marsch, scoring seven goals and providing five assists as they completed a domestic double last term.
