Joshua Zirkzee sends four-word message to Amad that Manchester United fans will agree with

Joshua Zirkzee has lauded teammate Amad after he played an instrumental role in Manchester United's 4-0 win over Everton at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

After claiming the assist for Marcus Rashford's goal in the 1-1 draw against Ipswich Town eight days earlier, Amad added another two to his collection, creating each of United's second half goals against Sean Dyche's side.

First, he slipped Rashford in right at the start of the second half, allowing him to score his second of the game, before putting the ball on a plate for Zirkzee to complete his brace and net United's fourth.

The Ivorian, who now has five assists in 11 Premier League appearances this season, also played a key hand in Zirkzee's first, winning possession high up the pitch before slipping Fernandes in to tee up the Dutchman.

Amad has been excellent for United so far this season and has quickly adapted to the right wing-back role he has been tasked with filling by Ruben Amorim. And Zirkzee was quick to acknowledge just how big a role the former Sunderland loanee had played in helping United record their biggest win of the Premier League season so far.

Replying to Amad's Instagram post, Zirkzee said: "What a player, bro."

Amad has now been directly involved in eight goals across all competitions for United so far this season, scoring three and creating five. Only Arsenal's Bukayo Saka, Liverpool star Mohamed Salah and Cole Palmer of Chelsea have more assists in the Premier League than Amad this season.
