Jon Gruden Lands Pro Football Job......In Europe

Jon Gruden is back in pro football, but it's not in North America.

The former Raiders coach was pushed out of the league after old emails surfaced that heavily criticized Jon Gruden and contained language some found offensive.

Gruden allegedly called Joe Biden a "nervous clueless p*ssy," called Roger Goodell a "f*ggot" and "clueless anti football p*ssy" and said DeMaurice Smith "the size of Michelin tires."

The former NFL head coach has maintained the comment about Smith had nothing to do with race and was instead used to describe someone who is lying.

Gruden has never come close to landing an NFL job since leaving the Raiders in 2021. Well, he has a new job now, and it's taking him overseas.

While Gruden isn't nearing a return to the NFL, he has found a job in pro football in Italy with the Milano Seamen.

"We’re excited to announce that American football legend, Jon Gruden, will work with us as advisor. Gruden won in 2002 Super Bowl with Tampa Bay. Gruden will help us to improve our organization in every aspect. He already started to work with our coaching staff," the team announced.

The Seamen have won five Italian Bowl championships, according to the New York Post. It's also Gruden's first official job in pro football since 2021.

He had some kind of unofficial advisor role with the Saints, but it never materialized past that. Now, he's back in pro football……..in Europe.

It's not much, but at least it's a start. I doubt he's being paid much. It's much more likely he's doing it because he needs something to do and to stay busy with.
