Johnny Walker: UFC star thrown out of T-Mobile Arena after win

Johnny Walker was victorious at UFC 279 in the early hours of Sunday morning, defeating Ion Cutelaba in the opening round via submission.

It was a return to winning ways for Walker who has struggled of late, winning just one of his previous five fights before his victory over Cutelaba.

He trains at the same gym as UFC legend Conor McGregor under John Kavanagh, with the coach sharing the antics that went on immediately following his victory.

Straight after his win, Walker was removed from the arena by the UFC, with Kavanagh quick to share the news on Twitter, sharing a photo of Walker and the caption: “So @ufc just came and kicked us out. No tickets for us and not allowed to stay back stage to watch. Pulled out back door, kicked out, not even shoes on.”

He was clearly unhappy with what had happened, and was quick to snap a pic of the fighter walking about outside as if he was in the Octagon, gloves on, the full lot!
