Off the coast of India, in the Bay of Bengal, there is an archipelago named the Andaman Islands. One of those islands is named North Sentinel Island. The Sentinelese's wish to be left alone has been recognised and, aside from a handful of rare occasions, they continue to live in blissful isolation from the rest of the world. Yet still, even the Sentinelese know that Manchester United need to sign a new midfielder in the summer.
That is how clear United's biggest problem on the pitch is and the extent to which it has been debated in all possible forms of discussion and coverage.
It's verging on malpractice that one hasn't been signed sooner with how desperate they have been calling out for one but it looks like, finally, moves will be made to resolve the problem in the summer.
