Anthony Martial 'does not want to return to Manchester United' and more transfer rumours

Anthony Martial does not want to return to Manchester United following his Sevilla loan spell, according to reports.

The United forward only made eight Premier League appearances before moving out on loan in January to La Liga.

Before his move, Ralf Rangnick claimed that Martial had refused to travel with the squad to their fixture with Aston Villa. Martial later rejected that notion in an Instagram post.

Since joining Sevilla, the 26-year-old has steadily improved and scored his first goal for the club during their Europa League victory over Dinamo Zagreb.

Now The Sunday Mirror has reported that the forward is not interested in returning to the Theatre of Dreams.

Elsewhere, Leeds are hopeful of keeping hold of Raphinha at the end of the season.

The Mirror reports that Leeds are looking to reject any advances for the forward until at least January 2023.

It has been reported that United are keen on signing the 25-year-old Brazilian who has impressed since arriving at Elland Road.

Raphinha has notched eight goals in 22 appearances for Marcelo Bielsa's struggling side and his contract will currently expire in the summer of 2024.

Liverpool, Real Madrid and Barcelona are also thought to be keen on signing the forward.
