Joe Swash says he's 'a bit late' in rare Stacey Solomon post after time apart

Joe Swash has revealed that he and Stacey Solomon were finally reunited after spending the majority of the festive season apart as he appeared in his latest pantomime role.

Back in November, Stacey revealed she was mainly riding solo at home as she quipped that she had been 'estranged' from her other half due to him working over Christmas as he starred in Beauty and the Beast this pantomime season at The Grove in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.

But at the time, Stacey also shared with pride: "He's doing panto this year which the kids are so excited about. I can't wait to see their faces.... But what that means is he's in rehearsals now every day until he starts then he doesn't finish until the 7th of Jan. So between the hours of 6 in the morning when he leaves and 8pm at night when he gets back, we don't get to see him."

However, it appears former EastEnders star Joe got a bit of an early exit from the world of panto as he got to welcome in the new year with his wife and their family at one of their favourite local spots.

Sharing a picture of the pair embracing and beaming for the camera in a rare social media post, Joe wrote on Instagram: "NYE 24. (A bit late) Happy New Year to you all!"

He went on: "This year I went straight from Panto to @havenofficial to spend New Year’s Eve with my beautiful family. We had a great time celebrating the new year and creating even more memories there. There’s more to do than ever at Haven and I can’t wait for many more trips this year. Thanks for having us! #ad #havenholidays #kentcoastholidaypark."

Responding to the post, Stacey simply wrote: "Love u." And she has now revealed her husband his home, earlier than she initially thought.
