Stacey Solomon treats Joe Swash with night away after his 'horrible' admission

Stacey Solomon has been seen spoiling her husband Joe Swash with a rare night away just the two of them after he made a 'horrible' admission about feeling guilt for working away from his family.

Loose Women star Stacey joked back in November that she was 'estranged' from her other half as his latest job kept him away from her and their children at their family home, named Pickle Cottage, in Essex.

He was working over Christmas as he starred in Beauty and the Beast this pantomime season at The Grove in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. At the time, Stacey filmed herself and Joe relaxing on the sofa as she said: "Home sweet home with my husband who has been estranged."

They were then seen reuniting earlier this month, with Stacey sharing a video of the pair cosying up at home to her Instagram Story in which she said: "Guess who's home for good? He's finally finished panto and I've never been so happy. I've got my husband back." She added: "You should leave more often because I really missed you."

It was then on Sunday (January 19) that Stacey revealed she was whisking Joe away for the night to celebrate his birthday. In the car on the way to their location, the Sort Your Life Out host said in a clip shared to her Stories: "Reporting live and excited from the car... It's Joe's birthday tomorrow so Dave, Grandad's, taken over with the kids for one night so me and Joe can do something together."

She went on: "I'm actually so excited. I haven't told him what we're doing, so he's got no idea but he's been really annoying trying to guess it. Lucky for him, he's not that smart!" She laughed as Joe retorted but Stacey then added: "I'm just so exited to be away with you!"
