Joe Rogan: Deontay Wilder is the 'most impressive' KO artist in boxing history

UFC commentator Joe Rogan has hailed Deontay Wilder as the biggest knockout artist in heavyweight boxing history.

The Bronze Bomber got back to winning ways against Robert Helenius following his trilogy defeat to Tyson Fury last October.

Wilder’s knockout of Helenius saw him snap a two fight losing skid while his legendary power was on full display as he barely pulled his arm back at all before ending the fight in devastating fashion.

And Rogan, who has called many fights during his career in the UFC, believes it is for that reason why he can be considered the greatest.

“It’s absolutely f****** amazing the power that [Wilder] can generate,” he said in a video on Instagram. “He’s truly unlike anyone I’ve ever seen in the history of the heavyweight division.

"You can make no mistakes with this man.

"There have been many incredible KO artists in the history of boxing, but for my money, he’s the most impressive.

"If you look at this punch it wasn’t even with full leverage and his opponent instantly shuts off.

"It’s what the great Firas Zahabi calls ‘the touch of death.’”

Former cruiserweight world champion Tony Bellew recently admitted that he would love nothing more than to see Wilder face Anthony Joshua next.

Writing in his column for DAZN, he said: "Fury has recently mentioned the possibility of a fourth fight with Wilder and Oleksandr Usyk’s team have also claimed that they’d be interested in facing the powerful American.

"There’s also talk of Wilder taking on Andy Ruiz next year, but the fight I want to see is Wilder against Anthony
