Jenson Button offers thoughts on F1 becoming an all-electric series

Jenson Button says that there is no chance F1 is going to become an all-electric series in the near future, given the changes that would be required in order for that to happen.

The sport has entered a brand new era in 2022, with a swathe of changes being made to the aerodynamic make-up of the cars, with a view to make them easier to follow and thus generate closer, more exciting racing.

Perhaps in the future, Formula 1 will become all-electric but it will only do so once it is at a point where the technology is advanced enough to not hamper the speed and length of the races.
