James Garner issues nine word reaction to latest Nottingham Forest success

Nottingham Forest midfielder James Garner has issued his reaction to the Reds 2-0 victory over Birmingham City on Saturday afternoon.

The 21 year old, who is on a season long loan from Manchester United, played all 90 minutes in the match, earning himself an impressive 7.08 rating from WhoScored.

Posting on social media on Saturday night, the talented midfielder issued the following nine word reaction to the result.

“Good week from the boys !! We keep moving COYR!❤️” he wrote on Instagram.

The match marked another fine performance from the Manchester United loanee in Nottingham Forest red this season.

So far, Garner has appeared 39 times for the club this campaign, including four FA Cup appearances in the Red’s run to the quarter final stages of the competition.

It was goals from Keinan Davis and Scott McKenna were enough to earn Forest all three points against Birmingham City on Saturday, though.

The result made it three wins in a week for Steve Cooper’s men, and ten matches unbeaten in the Championship.

That run has seen the club move up to third in the Sky Bet Championship – just six points behind AFC Bournemouth in second, with seven games remaining.

The Reds are also four points clear of Blackburn Rovers in seventh, with two games in hand over them.

It’s Luton Town on Friday up next for Steve Cooper’s side, who will be looking to continue their fantastic run as the season draws to a close.
