Jacob Lambert eyes comeback after injury sidelined him for much of Sheppey United’s season in Isthmian South East •

A devastating knee injury put a halt to Jacob Lambert’s promising season - but he’s now eyeing his comeback after agreeing to another year at Sheppey.

“I’m very friendly with all the amazing fans that come and support us every week and all the people behind the scenes at the club. It’s just full of great people and I’m happy there.”

Lambert picked up his injury on December 28, leaving the field at Holm Park with around half an hour played.
