ITV I'm A Celeb viewers declare 'love' for Josie Gibson as she gets confused by 'emancipation'

Josie Gibson has made viewers fall in love after making a blunder on Wednesday night's I'm A Celebrity (November 22).

The ITV reality show has returned with 10 campmates as they attempt to live in the Australia jungle for the next three weeks. Among the famous faces joining This Morning Presenter Josie are former politician Nigel Farage, JLS star Marvin Humes, First Date's Fred Sirieix and actress Jamie Lynn Spears.

The previous night saw Jamie Lynn battle her emotions after she kept bursting into tears over her children. The star was consoled by campmates as she spoke of missing her kids who were back in America.

Jamie Lynn, the sister of superstar Britney, also told of her struggles after becoming pregnant with her first child at just 16 years old. But her tearful episodes were so frequent that other campmates - and viewers - began to doubt her future on the show.

The next morning, Nigel, Josie and Fred were discussing her. Nigel admitted he reckoned Jamie Lynn was going to leave the camp the previous day. Fred said: “She’s definitely strong. What she’s done in her life is no mean feat." He continued: "She left home when she was 16, she emancipated herself.”

Josie, fumbling the word, asked: “Is that what ‘e-masturbation’ is?” She repeated the question a number of times as the campmates agreed with her. In case you're wondering, emancipated actually means to free from someone else's control or power.
