ITV Good Morning Britain viewers fume 'have a word with yourselves' as they're left furious over choice of 'top story'
Good Morning Britain viewers appeared furious as they tuned into the penultimate episode of the week. Susanna Reid was back at the helm of the ITV news programme on Thursday (March 2) alongside Ben Shephard.
The pair were talking through the latest news headlines as well as being joined by various guests for the usual debates and celebrity chats. However, those tuning in to the show were left fuming with GMB's choice of 'top story'.
The hosting duo spoke at length about how the Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed that they have been asked to "vacate" their UK home just weeks after Prince Harry’s damning book, Spare, was released. Harry and Meghan Markle's spokesperson said a "request" had been made for the Sussexes to give up Frogmore Cottage close to Windsor Castle.

Frogmore, a Grade-II listed property which is owned by the Crown Estate, was a gift from Harry’s late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. But reports have claimed the fresh move was sanctioned by the King and it will remove their remaining foothold in the UK and further weaken ties with the royal family.
But GMB viewers were disappointed that the programme show this as their top story after news broke on Wednesday night that remains have been found in an area of woodland following a major search for Constance Marten’s two-month-old baby. Hundreds of officers from the Metropolitan Police and Sussex Police, as well as search and rescue volunteers, scoured 90 square miles of land near Brighton over the course of two days in search of the infant.
