ITV Emmerdale's Ella attacks Wendy as she spirals out of control after baby heartbreak

Emmerdale's Ella Forster spirals out of control next week as spoilers confirm she attacks Wendy Posner.

Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) finds out it’s Ella’s (Paula Lane) 30th birthday in upcoming scenes set to air on the ITV soap.

Ella's staggered when Mandy surprises her with birthday wishes, but she's anxious when Mandy offers her a full beauty treatment accompanied with before and after photos. Later, fraught Ella loses it as she sees photos of herself posted on the salon socials.

A concerned Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) witnesses from afar as Ella smashes her birthday cake and heads for the footbridge.

Concerned Liam approaches a rattled Ella and he calms her and offers to accompany her to the surprise birthday party.

Ella's encouraged by the support as she arrives for her party and she does her best to try and enjoy herself as everyone rallies around her. Ella begins to relax as the party continues - she's touched when Liam gives her a small star pendant as a gift.

Ella's horrified when Gary, June’s nephew, arrives, interrupting their song. Quietly aggressive Gary confronts a shaken Ella, he hands her a photo of Joanne. As her life implodes - Ella, in pieces, rushes out.

Gary runs after a tearful, fearful Ella and as she falls to the ground, Wendy (Susan Cookson) usher's Ella away from Gary as he walks away full of grief and anger.

Shaken Ella's in the waiting room with a gentle Wendy but Wendy's stunned when Ella flips and attacks her. Will she be ok? It comes after Ella had a silent miscarriage, also known as an anembryonic pregnancy, mere weeks after finding out she was pregnant.

Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX at 7.30pm
