In May 2024, Ryan was spotted at the 'wedding of the year', celebrating the nuptials of his close friend and founder of fashion brand PrettyLittleThing, Umar Kamani, held in the French Riviera.

The ex-soap actor served as the best man during the extravagant three-day event, sharing on Instagram: "To Mr and Mrs Kamani, you brought a fairy-tale to life this week."
