He played 26 times in the Premier League this season as Brighton finished a club-record ninth in the top flight.
Bissouma is out of contract at the end of next season so the Seagulls could look to sell him this summer to ensure they receive a transfer fee for their star midfielder.
Over the weekend, the 25-year-old sent Arsenal fans into a frenzy after sharing a message from a fan on his Instagram story which read: “For me I think he [Bissouma] and [Youri] Tielemans should be our [Arsenal] priority in midfield. We must get Bissouma at all cost.”
