‘It’s so rewarding watching students grow into capable young adults’ - retrain as a teacher and help shape a young person’s life
Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a new career move? If so, retraining as a teacher could be your perfect vocation.
There’s no doubt about the important role that teachers play in the lives of our young people especially. From equipping students with the academic knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen career paths, to helping them develop key life skills, it cannot be understated how valuable teachers are.
That’s why Rochdale Training is calling for passionate individuals to consider a career in education and join its growing team of tutors.
Since its establishment in 1966, the Greater Manchester-based organisation has gone from strength to strength, remaining committed to its mission to provide high-quality teaching to learners across the region.
Over the years, Rochdale Training has continually reshaped its curriculum to meet the needs of local employers and the community, working in partnership with businesses of all shapes and sizes.
With a range of full and part-time study options - from apprenticeship to workforce training programmes - across a broad range of subjects and course levels for all ages, it prides itself on providing an individual approach for all students, alongside friendly, helpful and industry-experienced tutors.
In order to continue its mission of delivering high-quality teaching, Rochdale Training is looking to recruit more tutors with sector-specific skills and knowledge and/or several years of hands-on experience who are keen to train the next generation.
No formal teacher training qualifications are required at this stage, as Rochdale Training will provide full training for those with the right experience.
