The first season of Fortnite Chapter 3 ended without a live event and Epic instead decided to go for something different. With Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 entering Week 7, the question about whether a live event will happen in Chapter 3 Season 2 or not is gaining a lot of traction.

Notable Fortnite leaker HYPEX has hinted that a Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 live event might take place and this time the location will be the Loot Lake. HYPEX in their tweet points out that one of the Jonsey challenges dubbed “Get more info about IO’s Doomsday Device” and further says that IO will still be controlling the Loot Late area, meaning the chances of a live event are very much alive.

The Seven has been monitoring the IO and has placed cameras around Loot Lake to monitor further activity. While we still
