Inside new restaurant Howdy in Levenshulme offering the ‘wild west’ experience

Howdy Manchester! A new American-style restaurant has arrived in Levenshulme. Howdy, which has three other restaurants based across the north west in Bradford, Pudsey and Huddersfield, offers diners a ‘cowboy’ experience, complete with American-style dishes, 'wild west' interiors and props for both the staff and for diners!

The Manchester restaurant recently opened its doors in December 2022, and has already seen some glowing reviews coming in. One reviewer wrote: “Awesome experience, good food, proactive servers, great atmosphere and ambience, best of all tasty food. We got the big, fat and ugly burger and the chicken sizzler. Absolutely loved it!” and other added: “I have been waiting for this to open for so long and finally it’s open, amazing food, true cowboy experience and very family friendly. My wife and kids loved the decor inside".

From succulent steaks and sizzlers to smash burgers and wings, if you’re a fan of ‘wild west’ food then Howdy is for you.

Opt for the 'Lone Ranger’ lamb chops sizzler, served with chips and an option of two extra sides (spicy rice, mash, pasta or veg), or share the 'Lord of the Wings' platter with your friends - these succulent chicken wings are marinated in the Apache Chief’s secret peri-peri sauce.

Fancy something a little different? Try the 'Big John Wayne' burger - a burger with three smashed beef patties, served with onion rings, melted Swiss cheese, crispy lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and Howdy’s relish - or choose 'The Good, The Bad, The Ugly' for a cheese sauce-smothered bun burger, served on a sizzler.

Then there’s the extras, such as moreish onion rings, Howdy tiger prawns, surf and turf, sweet potato fries or mac and cheese.

For younger diners, there are a range of
