Immersive Titanic exhibition with genuine artefacts to come to Manchester this summer
This summer, a fascinating exhibition based on a global historical event is coming to Manchester city centre.
The Titanic Exhibition will be held at Manchester Central's Exchange Hall this July and August, giving visitors the chance to discover more about the famous ship through an immersive in-person experience.
The UK’s largest travelling Titanic exhibition has recently visited Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow, Newport, and Leeds, and, luckily for local people, has added Manchester to its tour.
The exhibition will be open from July 31 to August 24, 2025. Thousands of tickets have already been sold, so book yours today to avoid missing out.
The exhibition tells the story of one of the world’s most famous ships, from its design and construction in Belfast through to its maiden voyage and, finally, its tragic sinking.
On display will be a rare and internationally significant collection of artefacts from the RMS Titanic’s history.
See a number of relics retrieved from the deep sea, including the largest surviving fragment of the Aft Grand Staircase, and discover items from the Harland & Wolff shipyard in Belfast, where the Titanic was built.
Items used by passengers and crew, including letters, paperwork and personal belongings, will also be displayed to tell the individual stories that make up the tragedy of the Titanic.
For example, visitors will be able to view a piece of sheet music from Lancashire-born Wallace Hartley, the ship’s band leader who sadly died in the sinking.
As well as unique artefacts, visitors will also get to experience the story of the Titanic through striking visuals, detailed recreations, and immersive sound and video.
The exhibition will also examine the legacy left behind, including its impact on
