Ian Wright sends Leicester City warning ahead of Arsenal clash

Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright says Martin Odegaard is "floating on the pitch" for the Gunners ahead of their clash with Leicester City.

Wright has sent the Foxes a warning while praising the Norwegian's effortless style of play as Arsenal close in on a Champions League spot.

Mikel Arteta's side are in impressive form and could make it five out of five wins should they beat Brendan Rodgers' side on Sunday.

Currently in fourth place, Manchester United are only a point behind on 47 points but the London side have three games in hand over the Red Devils.

With just over two months until the season concludes, Arteta's men are in a strong position to seal a top-four finish.

Odegaard has five goals and three assists to his name in his 23 appearances, with his last goal coming in the 3-2 win over Watford, last time out.

"We have to mention Odegaard as well, did you see Odegaard for that first goal? The backheel he did to get in and then to finish. Odegaard man, he’s floating on the pitch at the moment, he’s floating over the grass," the Arsenal legend said on the Wrighty's House podcast.

"Everything you see about the way Saka is playing, Martinelli’s finish, the way Odegaard is playing. It is happening, there is a vibe and they are starting to believe."
