I would sell £187m Manchester United trio to sign Kylian Mbappe - give me the paperwork!

TalkSPORT presenter Andy Goldstein has revealed which three players he would sacrifice at Manchester United to sign Kylian Mbappe.

Paris Saint-Germain attacker Mbappe has confirmed to the club he will be leaving this summer after months of rumours and chatter surrounding his future. The France international sees his current deal expire in just four months, which has led to a whole host of clubs reportedly taking an interest in the World Cup winner.

Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United have been among the Premier League clubs linked with Mbappe despite Spanish giants Real Madrid being heavy favourites for his signature, and that was certainly the verdict from INEOS director of sport Sir Dave Brailsford. Upon leaving Old Trafford earlier this week, the INEOS chief was asked about the possibility of signing Mbappe, and his response was certainly in line with those expectations: "I think he's got his heart set on going to Real Madrid."

While his answer was in jest, United agreeing a transfer for Mbappe can at least be considered a possibility - however faint - until the player himself or Erik ten Hag rules out the idea. As was evidenced by Mikel Arteta's comments about the 25-year-old joining Arsenal, clubs competing at the very top have to place themselves in the conversation to sign Mbappe.
