Bruno Fernandes was the key man for Manchester United as his excellent free-kick earned Ruben Amorim's side a point against Arsenal in a game that saw demonstrations against the Glazers and Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
United had offered nothing in the first half but took the lead on the stroke of the break thanks to a brilliant Fernandes free-kick, struck with power over the Arsenal wall and beyond the diving David Raya.
Arsenal turned up the pressure after the break and their equaliser arrived through Declan Rice, who exploited the space left on the edge of the area to drive home a shot from 16 yards.

Amorim's Onana support
The Old Trafford crowd had been losing patience with Andre Onana for a few weeks and tension rose to the surface again in the first half. He slashed one kick along the floor and then sent another straight out of play. A goalkeeper signed for his distribution is now a liability with the ball at his feet.
The perfect comparison arrived less than 60 seconds after the second of those incidents. Raya calmly chipped a 40-yard pass into midfield, breaking a United line in the process and starting an attack that ended a few seconds later with a shot at goal.
It was an unflattering comparison for a goalkeeper who is rapidly becoming an issue for Amorim, but it was telling in the second half that when Onana launched another goal kick straight out for a throw-in, the head coach turned to him and clapped his hands above his head. It was a gesture seen by the goalkeeper, who put his thumbs up towards the bench.
