I saw Jose Mourinho reaction that suggested Manchester United got £42m transfer decision right
Manchester United remain without a win in the Europa League after a 1-1 draw with Fenerbahce on their reunion with former boss Jose Mourinho.
United's winless run in European competition now stretches to six games and they had led in five of those. That includes this one, with Christian Eriksen scoring an excellent first-half opener after a slick team move.
But once again the lead vanished, with Youssef En-Nesyri heading home an equaliser early in the second half from an Allan Saint-Maximin cross. Fenerbahce were then denied a penalty when Bright Osayi-Samuel went down in the box and Mourinho was sent-off for his angry reaction.

Ugarte reaction
This felt like a big night for Manuel Ugarte, still trying to prove he fits in at United and up against two former Old Trafford midfielders in Sofyan Amrabat and Fred.
Amrabat had made it pretty clear this week that Ten Hag wanted him back in the summer, only for technical director Jason Wilcox to push for the initial £42m signing of Ugarte instead. His early performances hadn't convinced.
He saved his best for the right occasion, however. He was excellent in Istanbul, producing an all-action display worthy of an elite holding midfielder and easily eclipsing Amrabat.
It was a highlights reel of a performance, but the best moment was a sensational block to deny Dusan Tadic a certain goal. Victor Lindelof, Matthijs de Ligt and Diogo Dalot all ran over to congratulate him and, on the touchline, Jose Mourinho showed his frustration at what he had just seen. It was a telling reaction.
