'I must stress' - Sky Sports reporter shares 'decisions' Spurs face before a new signing

Fabio Paratici has already made a splash in the transfer window, bringing in Ivan Perisic and Fraser Forster, as well as Yves Bissouma for an initial £30m – with the arrival of Richarlison in a £60m move from Everton being confirmed in recent days.

TalkSPORT expects Djed Spence and Clement Lenglet to follow the others through the doors at N17 and they would be two players who would fulfil positions at which Bridge has claimed Spurs are still looking, but he has also revealed one other area that they may still look to invest in – although any further signings may be dependent on outgoings at the club.

Speaking on Chris Cowlin’s YouTube channel for a transfer special, he said:

“Obviously, a right wing-back is someone that they want and the left-centre defender, and maybe another attacking midfielder.

“But I must stress they need to wait on who they get out as well.

“The Harry Winks to Everton [link] has died down quite a bit, Bergwijn hasn’t left yet, Lo Celso hasn’t left yet. I don’t know what they’re going to do with Tanguy Ndombele. They’ve not made a decision yet on Pape Sarr. To me, he looks very light, so maybe he’ll go out on loan again.

“I imagine Parrott and Scarlett will go out on loan. So there’s a lot of decisions that still need to be made.”

The likes of Bryan Gil could also be added to the list of potential outgoings for the Lilywhites – with the Spaniard being sent out on loan in January – as well as Joe Rodon and perhaps Davinson Sanchez, particularly the Welshman, who was only used five times by Conte last season.

With The Telegraph reporting that the ENIC-owned outfit are potentially interested in signing Jesse Lingard on a free, getting rid of some of their deadwood could fund his £150,000-per-week
