I'm A Celebrity's Sam Thompson thought he was going to leave jungle on day one after health concern

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here winner Sam Thompson has told how he thought he'd be leaving the jungle on day one after suffering a health concern. The former Made In Chelsea star quickly became a favourite as he headed Down Under for the ITV reality show.
