How to watch Nations League draw on live stream as big guns lie in wait for Scotland

Scotland are gearing up for the European Championships next summer - but on Thursday will discover just who they will be facing in 2024/25 UEFA Nations League.

After topping Group B1 ahead of Ukraine, Israel and Armenia in the 2022/23 Nations League, Steve Clarke's side earned promotion to League A for the next edition of the competition, and also guaranteed themselves a play-off spot for Euro 2024. As it turned out, the Scots superb display in qualifying for the finals in Germany saw them qualify through the traditional route, finishing as runners up to Group G winners Spain after collecting 17 points from their eight group fixtures.

Scotland will take on hosts Germany, Hungary and Switzerland in Group A next summer and could be set for some more stellar ties when the draw for the Nations League, which will get underway in the first international break after the Euros, is made later this week.

Spain, Germany and France are just some of the nations that could be pulled out of the hat in the Group A seeding as the Tartan Army looks ahead to the big draw. Here are all the key details ahead of Thursday's draw - and just who Scotland could be paired with in the top tier of the Nations League.

The draw for all four league phases in the Nations League takes places in Paris on Thursday, February 8 at 5pm UK time.

From a Scotland perspective, the pots look fairly ominous; we're in League A, Pot 4 alongside Israel, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia. That means there is a scenario where our boys could draw France, Portugal and Spain in the same group

Pot 1: Spain, Croatia, Italy, Netherlands
Pot 2: Denmark, Portugal, Belgium, Hungary
Pot 3: Switzerland, Germany, Poland, France
Pot 4: Israel, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Scotland
