How to watch Liverpool FC vs Man City with TV channel and live stream details

Manchester City are back in Premier League action on Sunday afternoon as they take on Liverpool at Anfield.

Pep Guardiola's side were held to a frustrating 0-0 draw against FC Copenhagen during their mid-week Champions League fixture. Rodri appeared to have put City ahead after 11 minutes with a sumptuous curling effort from outside the box, only for it to be chalked off due to a controversial VAR intervention over an apparent handball in the build-up.

The Blues were then awarded a penalty in the 25th minute, but Riyad Mahrez saw his attempt saved by Copenhagen's shot-stopper Kamil Grabara. Five minutes later, Sergio Gomez was shown a straight red card to round off a miserable start to the match for the Blues - as the points were shared during a goalless draw.

City will be keen to get back to winning ways when they take on an out-of-sorts Liverpool side this weekend. Jurgen Klopp's side did enjoy mid-week Champions League success against Rangers, but find themselves languishing in 10th place in the Premier League table, having won only two matches in the league this season.

Here's all you need to know ahead of the game on Sunday afternoon.

You can watch the match on Sky Sports' Main Event and Premier League channels. Coverage of the game will begin at 4pm, with the game kicking off at 4:30pm on Sunday October 16. Sky Sports customers will be able to live stream the match on Sky Go.

However, if you are not a Sky Sports customer, you can watch the game by purchasing a NOW TV pass. You can buy one for a 24-hour period.

The Manchester Evening News will bring you live updates from Anfield during our matchday blog.
