How to watch Italy vs England: TV channel, kick-off time and live stream details

England play their first match since the World Cup as they face Italy in Naples on Thursday night, with Gareth Southgate's men starting their journey to Euro 2024.

They face defending Euros Champions Italy, with Roberto Mancini's side having beaten the Three Lions in the final of the last tournament in 2021. Italy also beat England last year in the Nations League, with their 1-0 win in Milan in September relegating England from their Nations league group.

However, England responded well to that tough run of results at the World Cup and were narrowly beaten by France in the quarter finals, with the eventual finalists running out 2-1 winners. Italy, meanwhile, are likely to be itching to set the record straight having not qualified for the tournament in Qatar.

Gareth Southgate will be without Mason Mount and Marcus Rashford from his squad following their withdrawals through injury, with neither player being replaced. Meanwhile, Nick Pope was also withdrawn and is replaced by Tottenham 'keeper Fraser Forster to complete the 23 man squad.

Here is how you can follow the action:

The match takes place on Thursday, March 23 at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona in Naples. It will kick off at 7:45pm UK time.

The match will be broadcast live on Channel Four from 7pm, with the terrestrial broadcaster having the rights to all England matches in 2023 as they face their qualifying campaign for the World Cup.

You can also stream the match live on All 4.
