It's the first of two massive derbies in Glasgow this weekend as Celtic and Rangers women go head to head at the Excelsior Stadium in the SWPL.

It's a thrilling season that looks set to go down to the wire as the three Glasgow teams all stand a serious chance of taking the trophy home. It's Glasgow City who lead the way as we head into the final four games but only four points separate them from third-placed Rangers and they will be watching this one closely, knowing they'll get the chance to move further clear of at least one of their rivals this weekend.

Celtic though can leapfrog them into top spot for at least 48 hours as Fran Alonso's team sit just three points behind with a superior goal difference. They're yet to win the league and watched Rangers claim it last season so will be determined to get one over on their Old Firm rivals on Friday night to give themselves a serious chance ahead of the run-in.

The game takes place under the lights at Airdrie's Excelsior Stadium on Friday, February 24. The game will kick off at 7pm.

The game will be shown live on BBC Alba as the national broadcaster continue their coverage of the Scottish women's game. Coverage starts at 6.50pm - 10 minutes ahead of kick-off.
